I’m a fifth‑generation Floridian and
I started painting as a way to honor the Florida I know by heart.
I choose to paint in a loose, painterly style that chases feeling over perfection. My brushstrokes wander, wiggle, and occasionally do their own thing — which honestly feels very on‑brand for Florida!
I paint with a bright, almost technicolor palette because that’s how this place shows up for me: loud, luminous, and impossible to ignore.

I’m not trying to recreate a scene exactly as it is. I’m trying to bottle the mood — the heat, the shimmer, the “wow, that sky is showing off again” moments. My hope is that when my paintings land in someone’s home or workspace, they bring a little Florida sunshine with them… minus the humidity.

Over time, I realized not everyone who loves this place wants to buy a painting for their wall. Some people want to wear Florida, carry it, live with it. That’s what pushed me to start putting my original artwork on hats, T‑shirts, and everyday pieces. It let me share my love of Florida and my artwork with a wider audience — people who feel the soul of this place even if they aren’t “art collectors.”

It also became a way to find my people. Fellow Tide Riders. The ones who live above the chaos and below the radar. Chill Florida folks who appreciate slow tides, quiet trails, early‑morning springs, and the easygoing rhythm of life here.
Every design begins as a hand‑painted original. My hope is that each piece brings someone a spark of recognition, nostalgia, or peace — a little reminder of the Florida we love.
